| How long does it take to get my website online ? |
| Depending on the type of site, it could take between 3 and 8 weeks. This is considering we have everything we need when we begin your website project. |
| Do I have to pay up front ? |
| For websites that we will be hosting, we require a 50% deposit before we will begin work on your project. You pay the balance at the time you sign off on your website. If you are having your website project hosted somewhere else, then 100% of the payment is required upfront. |
| Is a hosting account included ? |
| Yes, 1 year hosting account is included on all of the Business Series Packages. On the Professional Series, you pay your hosting bill on a monthly basis. With either packgage plan,you can monitor your easy-to-use control panel. |
| Do I need my own logo? |
| If you don't have one, we will create one for you at no additional charge other than your website package. Please understand that this will be a logo chosen from a set of templates. Custom logo packages start at $399.00. |
| Do I get my own e-mail address? |
| Yes all packages include e-mail addresses. |
| Are updates included ? |
| Only the Professional Series Packages include updates on a daily, weekly or monthly basis, depending on package. |
| What if I don’t like the design ? |
| We listen to your thoughts and work with you to asses your website needs. If you have a vision in mind we can create that for you with the details you provide to us. If you have no idea what you want, we will research your needs to create the perfect design for you. The Business Series packages come with 2 layout options. You have your choice of two custom designs made especially for you. We can mix and match anything from either design to create the exact look you want. If you don’t like either proof we will create additional layouts for you at an additional cost. The Professional Series packages vary from 2-4 layouts for each website project. |
| Can I change my site on my own ? |
| Yes. You can make text changes through your administrative control panel. Provided you have ftp software you can make additional changes including changes to images and the design on of the website. If at any time, you need us to restore your website to its condition when we first launched it to the internet, please note there will be a restoration fee of $199 for html docs and images. Database restoration or program (php application) modifications will incur additional slightly higher costs. |
| Can I move my site to a different hosting company ? |
| Yes. You may move your site to any hosting company you like. It is your choice. We provide you with your website on disk once it is launched to the internet and you are responsible for backup of any program/database your website may have so simply provide those files to the new hosting company. Please submit a support ticket for request to modify your domain name server if CJSDomains is the registrant of your domain name. Any migration assistance on our part will incur additional fees. |
| Do I own the domain name? |
| Yes. For 1 year at which end you will need to renew your domain name. You will receive several e-mail reminders that your domain name is expiring and will have many opportunities to renew it. The cost less than $20 each year. |
| Are there upgrades or add-ons available to my website? |
Yes, we have several upgrades available to make your website more complete. If you do not see what you need, we have programmers available to custom build your software. You can add on any of the following:

| Yes, the Business Series Plan offers online support. Simply submit a support ticket online at http://www.cjsconsulting.net/support or e-mail us at support@cjsconsulting.net and your issue will be responded to within 24 hours. The Professional Series Plan offers hands on technical support with immediate response times. |
| Is site optimization included? |
| Yes, we will optimize the first 5 pages of your site free of charge for search engines. |
| Is website promotion included? |
| Yes, with all website packages we will submit your website to 250+ search engines to get you started. Additionally with our industry specific plans we will submit your site to directories in your industry. This is not enough though! You must promote your site to build traffic. Without traffic your website won't benefit your business at all. |
