Our silk comforters are imported from China which is recognized as the world’s leader in providing the finest quality silk. Chinese Emperors and wealthy families have enjoyed the benefits for centuries. Now you can too. I spent two years looking for the company that maintained the highest standards needed for the American consumer. The manufacturer I chose combines the ancient techniques with modern resources to produce the finest silk comforter possible. Our silk comforters are made with 100% Mulberry long silk. The silk fiber is delicately pulled over the sized frame, layer upon layer to the desired thickness (weight). |
|
| The outside covering is soft white cotton with piping around the edges and loops for attaching it to the duvet cover. There is a zippered area on one edge where you can feel and see the delicate layers of silk on the inside. I specifically chose the cotton outer because I felt the comforter would be too slippery with a silk outer. I offer the “all season” weight. Because of the variables of the duvet cover, individual body temperatures and needs, thermostat preferences, and Global warming, I felt the “all season” weight was most viable |

| * The manufacturer has assured me that the silk comforters are virtually chemical free. |
